Espresso Shortbread Cookies are great for cookie bites at parties, a gift or just a treat for yourself!  They are buttery and rich scalloped round shortbread cookies made with hints of chocolate espresso powder and ground chocolate espresso beans finished with a touch of sea salt.
 
This listing is for 1/2 pound of 2" cookies (approximately 20-24 cookies.
 
The cookies are packaged together in heat sealed cello bags. They come neatly packed in a white bakery box and tied with ribbon; the perfect gift for you or a friend.
